Postage information:

• Your order will be processed to be posted to you within 2-3 business days.

• We use Australia Post to deliver your order. So please allow 3-7 days for delivery.

• We use a flat $15 postage on all orders - Australia wide.

• You are able to pick up from Goulburn NSW.

• We will post to you or a nominated address if gifting to someone special.

Return policy:

If you need to return your entire or part of your order, please email raelene@outofthebox-productsservices.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide a valid reason for the return and items returned before processing a refund.
